Spelling Bee

Ardmore High School recently held its annual Spelling Bee. Middle School students competing to advance to the County Spelling Bee. Lance Perry was the champion speller for the 2009-2010 school year. Good Luck to Lance as he advances to the County and Hopefully State Competition.

Spelling Bee

Congratulations to Lance Perry for winning the Spelling Bee. Lance will advance to the county competition. We had over 40 contestants this year and we hope the event continues to grow. Congratulations once again to Lance.

Spelling Bee

Our MS students will watch their peers compete in the annual Spelling Bee. This is the second year to have the spelling bee in front of the school. Participation has grown tremendously and we looked forward to even more growth in the future.

Weather Closing

All Limestone County Schools will be closed Thursday, January 7th and Friday, January 8th, 2010. All school related after-school activities are canceled with schools being closed.

Chrismtas Tournament

Our basketball teams have been busy during the Christmas Vacation time and have played several games. Our teams have done great and are ready for "crunch time" as the County Tournament and Area Tournament on the horizon. Our teams play December 29, 2009 at Richland with our girls getting started at 11:30 and our boys following at 3:00 p.m.

Merry Christmas

This is "The most wonderful time of the year" in many ways. Everyone is excited about getting out of school to refresh minds and body and Christmas is right around the corner. From the faculty and staff of Ardmore High School I would like to wish all of the Ardmore family and very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Exams

Students will take exams in periods 4, 5, 6, & 7 today and periods 1, 2, & 3 on Friday. Students that exempted all exams are out of school until January 6, 2010.
